Base Ingredients List:
● 5.3 oz container of plain Greek yogurt
● Ice (as little as a quarter cup, up to a cup, depending on your preference)
● Splash of milk
● 1 tsp. honey (optional)
· ½ cup of berries OR
· 1 banana OR
· 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder OR
· 1 peach OR
· ½ cup chopped mango with a splash of orange juice
● Put the base ingredients into a blender
● Add an extra ingredient. Or a couple extra ingredients. It’s up to you! The banana-chocolate combination is extra delicious.
