Swan Street Diner Sausage Gravy

Pot De Creme

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground sausage
  • 1 tbs Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp ground sage
  • .5 tbsp salt
  • .5 tbsp granulated onion
  • .5 tbsp granulated garlic
  • .5 tbsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 4 cups whole milk

Directions

  1. Brown sausage in oil
  2. Add spices and mix well
  3. Add flour and incorporate well
  4. Add milk and stir well to a simmer and let thicken
