Milk is Amazing Smoothie
Enjoy it yourself or share with a friend. Great protein source for breakfast with just enough natural sweetness from fruit. Makes a great power snack, too, with vitamins and nutrients to spare.

Base Ingredients List:
- 5.3 oz container of plain Greek yogurt
- Ice (as little as a quarter cup, up to a cup, depending on your preference)
- Splash of milk
- 1 tsp. honey (optional)
The extras!
- ½ cup of berries OR
- 1 banana OR
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder OR
- 1 peach OR
- ½ cup chopped mango with a splash of orange juice
Directions
- Put the base ingredients into a blender
- Whirl!
- Add an extra ingredient. Or a couple extra ingredients. It’s up to you! The banana-chocolate combination is extra delicious.
