Milk is Amazing Smoothie

Enjoy it yourself or share with a friend. Great protein source for breakfast with just enough natural sweetness from fruit. Makes a great power snack, too, with vitamins and nutrients to spare.

Base Ingredients List:

  • 5.3 oz container of plain Greek yogurt
  • Ice (as little as a quarter cup, up to a cup, depending on your preference)
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 tsp. honey (optional)

The extras!

  • ½ cup of berries OR
  • 1 banana OR
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder OR
  • 1 peach OR
  • ½ cup chopped mango with a splash of orange juice


  • Put the base ingredients into a blender
  • Whirl!
  • Add an extra ingredient. Or a couple extra ingredients. It’s up to you! The banana-chocolate combination is extra delicious.
  • Whirl ‘til smooth
