Pumpkin Dump Cake
Ingredients
- 1 15oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 12oz can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup of butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a 9×13” pan dump pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugars, and spice. Mix well.
- Spread the cake mix over the top of the mixture, DO NOT stir it in.
- Pour melted butter over cake mix. DO NOT mix!
- Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
