Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 12oz can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a 9×13” pan dump pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugars, and spice. Mix well. 
  3. Spread the cake mix over the top of the mixture, DO NOT stir it in. 
  4. Pour melted butter over cake mix. DO NOT mix! 
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
