Ingredients

Ingredients for the Dough:

● Flour – 1000 grams
● Water – 650 grams
● Starter – 250 grams
● Salt – 20 grams

Toppings:

● Olive oil
● Rosemary
● Castelvetrano olives
● Grapes
● Parmigiano reggiano
● Prosciutto

Directions

1) Make dough.
2) Stretch dough into a sheet pan greased with olive oil.
3) Dot with toppings and a drizzle of olive oil before baking.
4) Bake until golden and crispy. Top with prosciutto and cheese while hot.
